| Making A Purchase The current ETA for fly and dressed tube orders is around 1 month. Packs of hooks and blank tubes will generally be dispatched within 24 hours. This information will be updated regularly to reflect the current situation. -- We will contact you with a reasonable ETA for your order and will notify you at the earliest opportunity should this ETA change. If you have any queries after placing an order, please just drop us a line and we'll give you a progress update. If the flies are required for a particular event, e.g. as a birthday present or for an imminent fishing trip, please let us know so that we can schedule the tying accordingly. If the flies are needed for a trip, we'll be more than happy to dispatch them to an alternative address such as a hotel where you'll be staying. |
| Shipping And Handling Delivery is via Royal Mail first class (recorded delivery) in the UK and standard air-mail outside of the UK. Postage and packing charges are £2.60 for the UK, Europe and the rest of the world. |
| Credit Card Security All credit card details are processed via the secure Paypal system. Neither we nor any other parties than Paypal have access to your credit card details at any point. Paypal payments can be made either from an exisiting Paypal account or directly via your VISA card, Mastercard, AMEX etc. Please note that Paypal transactions are processed instantly and the payment will be made immediately. | Returns Policy We're confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products, but if something doesn't suit, please return it unused and in its original packaging within seven days for a refund or exchange. If your delivery is short or damaged, please e-mail us as soon as possible and we will supply replacement goods at the earliest possible oppportunity. Please be aware that it may take up to two weeks to construct and dispatch patterns or sizes that are not in stock.
